Se inchiriaza doar pe termen lung (minim 1 an), NU se accepta animale de companie.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza clientii.
Plata se face in avans pe 1 luna plun 1 luna garantie. Daca se desfiinteaza contractual inainte de 1 an de zile, se pierde garantia.
Pentru aceasta proprietate se percepe un comision in valoare de 50% din chiria pe prima luna.
